Welcome to Micuppa, operated and managed by Adity Mahesh Patil ("Micuppa", "Company", "we", "our", or "us").

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Micuppa website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform.

1. Nature of Services

Micuppa provides an online platform that enables communities, organizers, and partners ("Organizers") to host, manage, promote, and facilitate events, experiences, tickets, passes, memberships, and promotional offers.

Users may browse events, purchase tickets or passes, redeem promotional offers, discover communities, and access related services through the Platform.

Micuppa acts as a technology platform and facilitator and is not the organizer, owner, or operator of events unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Account Registration & Security

  • To access certain features of the Platform, users may be required to create an account using email and password or supported third-party authentication providers.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted through their account.
  • Users agree to immediately notify Micuppa of any unauthorized access, suspected security breach, or misuse of their account.
  • Micuppa reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or pose security risks to the Platform.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Micuppa, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.

You acknowledge that inaccurate or misleading information may result in suspension, cancellation of bookings, or account termination.

4. User Conduct Policy

Users agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
  • Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Platform.
  • Use bots, scraping tools, automated systems, or similar technologies without authorization.
  • Resell, duplicate, forge, or misuse tickets, passes, or promotional offers.
  • Engage in activities that may harm Micuppa, Organizers, Communities, partners, or other Users.

Micuppa reserves the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.

5. Communications & Notifications

By creating an account, purchasing tickets, joining communities, or using the Platform, users consent to receive communications from Micuppa through email, SMS, push notifications, or other available channels.

Such communications may include:

  • Booking confirmations
  • Ticket or pass delivery
  • Event reminders
  • Event updates and schedule changes
  • Community-related notifications
  • Security alerts
  • Password reset emails
  • Account verification emails
  • Fraud-prevention and account security notifications
  • Platform maintenance notices
  • Service announcements
  • Updates to our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, or other policies
  • Platform updates and new feature releases
  • Promotional offers, newsletters, and marketing communications

Users may opt out of promotional and marketing communications where applicable. Transactional and service-related communications may continue to be sent where necessary to provide services.

6. Payments & Pricing

  • All prices displayed on the Platform are determined by the respective Organizer unless otherwise stated.
  • Micuppa may collect platform fees, service fees, convenience fees, processing charges, or applicable taxes in connection with transactions.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring that payment information provided is accurate and authorized.

7. Coupons & Promotional Offers

  • Coupons, promotional codes, discounts, vouchers, and special offers may be provided by Micuppa or Organizers.
  • Each promotional offer may be subject to specific eligibility criteria, validity periods, redemption limits, and usage restrictions.
  • Micuppa reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or withdraw promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
  • Fraudulent use, duplication, resale, or abuse of promotional offers is strictly prohibited.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refund and cancellation requests are governed by Micuppa's Refund & Cancellation Policy and any applicable Organizer policies.
  • Organizers are primarily responsible for determining refund eligibility and cancellation decisions.
  • Micuppa acts solely as a facilitator of refunds and does not independently guarantee refunds unless required by applicable law.
  • Processing times may vary depending on payment providers and financial institutions.

9. Event Changes & Organizer Responsibility

Event information displayed on Micuppa is provided by Organizers and may be modified from time to time.

Organizers are solely responsible for:

  • Event content and descriptions
  • Venue arrangements
  • Event execution
  • Event safety and compliance
  • Event schedules and updates

Micuppa does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of Organizer-provided information.

Events may be modified, postponed, relocated, rescheduled, or cancelled. Such changes shall be governed by Organizer policies and applicable laws.

10. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, software, branding, trademarks, logos, designs, graphics, text, and related materials are owned by Micuppa or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Platform content without prior written permission.

11. Platform Availability

Micuppa strives to provide reliable access to its services but does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

The Platform may become unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, security incidents, third-party service disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Micuppa shall not be liable for losses arising from temporary interruptions or unavailability of the Platform.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

Micuppa reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate user access to the Platform if:

  • These Terms are violated.
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities are detected.
  • The security or integrity of the Platform is threatened.
  • Required by law or regulatory authorities.

Termination does not affect obligations or liabilities that arose prior to termination.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Micuppa shall not be liable for:

  • Event quality, safety, or attendee experience.
  • Organizer actions, omissions, cancellations, or modifications.
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform.

14. Force Majeure

Micuppa shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failures resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, civil disturbances, internet failures, power outages, labor disputes, or failures of third-party service providers.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
